Strength and Endurance Boot Camp with Robert Drummond: $120/month, 2 classes per week

Class Descriptions
Women on Wheels Beginner Cycling
Designed for the beginner woman cyclist, this class will teach you proper pedaling technique and gear shifting basics. No question goes unanswered! Come spring, you’ll be a stronger and more confident cyclist. Class features a 45-minute cycling workout and 15-minute core strengthening routine.
Class time: 60 minutes. Mondays 6:00-7:00pm (Jamie Lawlor)
Cycling for Power
If you’re looking to improve your power and endurance, this progressive indoor cycling class is for you. Short intense intervals will build your threshold power and VO2 max. And since the workouts are short, focused, and varied, you’ll still love riding and have the motivation to train when the winter is over.
Class time: 60 minutes. Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm (Trish Dugan) and Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm (Jamie Lawlor)
Cycling for Endurance
NEW Class time: 90 minutes. Saturdays 7:30-10:30am (Jamie Lawlor). Come/Leave at any point during this three hour class…great opportunity for Ironman and 70.3 athletes looking for company on their long ride!
Strength and Endurance Boot Camp with Robert Drummond
Class time: 60 minutes. Mondays & Wednesdays 12:00-1:00pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30am-6:30am.
