Presented by Syracuse Bicycle

Get off the couch and get Fit2Cure with Syracuse Bicycle this Spring!  Experienced and beginner riders alike are encouraged to take up the challenge of cycling 10-, 28-, 40-, 62.5- or 100-miles in the 2017 CNY Tour de Cure. Syracuse Bicycle is ready to help you with the right equipment AND the right training as we help you prepare for this popular local charity ride benefiting the American Diabetes Association with a series of 6 FREE training rides every Saturday beginning April 29, 2017 at Onondaga Lake Park at 8:00 a.m. We’ll provide you with the confidence you need to easily complete the 10-mile (or longer!) ride at the Tour de Cure, improving your health and fitness along the way.

*Training rides are FREE and available to ANYONE registered for the Tour de Cure. Register for the Tour here.

*All rides (except the first ride!) will leave from Onondaga Lake Park at 8:00 a.m. from the Salt Museum parking lot, 106 Lake Drive, Liverpool.

*Beginner Rides of 10-miles will be offered each week. They are designed to introduce new riders to NYS Bicycling Law, group riding skills, and safe/efficient operation of their bicycle.
