Breast Cancer Awareness Ride
Syracuse Bicycle is hosting their 11th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Ride on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 at Green Lakes State Park in Fayetteville, NY. Participants can choose between three great ride options: a 10-mile family-friendly ride on the Erie Canal Towpath, a 25-mile or a 50-mile road ride. Net proceeds from the event will benefit the tremendous efforts of the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Central New York. This means that money donated will stay local, helping more women and their families right here in CNY! All riders will receive a chance to win fabulous door prizes and fully catered post-ride lunch by Angotti’s Family Restaurant. Coffee and bagels pre-ride courtesy of Panera Bread. Participating breast cancer survivors will receive a special gift at our recognition ceremony.
Why we ride… We ride for our Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Aunts, and our best friends. We ride for people we know and for people we don’t. We ride to raise money for research and to find a cure. OUR GOAL: $25,000!
