All products and services are guaranteed at Syracuse Bicycle. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, whether it's a bike, accessory, or a repair, bring the product back - with the sales receipt. Upon examination, Syracuse Bicycle will repair the product, issue a credit slip, or refund your money to your satisfaction.

Return Policies
Return Policy - Bicycles
If you are not completely satisfied with you bicycle purchase we will work with you to exchange it for something that may be a better fit, just as long as your original purchase is returned to us in new condition and within 14 days.
Return Policy - Parts & Accessories
Must be accompanied by original sales receipt and original packaging and be returned to us within 30 days.
Return Policy - Clothing and Shoes
Will only be returns or exchanged within 14 days of original purchase and ONLY if the tags are still attached or cleats have NOT been installed.
