Indoor Cycling Classes
Due to our expansion and other in-store renovations this winter, we regret that we will be unable to offer Indoor Cycling Training at this time. Please check back for a bigger and better version this coming winter 2013. In the meantime, we do offer a variety of indoor trainers, so you can continue to ride indoors and in your own living room. Our super staff can help guide you in a decision, set up your new trainer and show you how to get your bike in and out of your new sweat machine.

COST:
Any ONE class per week: $100/12-week session
Any TWO classes per week: $175/12-week session
Any THREE classes per week: $250/12-week session
***Walk-ins welcome at $10/class fee. Space not guaranteed.
Class Descriptions
Women on Wheels Beginner Cycling
Designed for the beginner woman cyclist, this class will teach you proper pedaling technique and gear shifting basics. No question goes unanswered! Come spring, you’ll be a stronger and more confident cyclist. Class features a 45-minute cycling workout and 15-minute core strengthening routine.
Class time: 60 minutes.
Cycling for Power
If you’re looking to improve your power and endurance, this progressive indoor cycling class is for you. Short intense intervals will build your threshold power and VO2 max. And since the workouts are short, focused, and varied, you’ll still love riding and have the motivation to train when the winter is over.
Class time: 60 minutes.
Cycling for Endurance
Class time: 90 minutes.
